Interested in AI, technology, or engineering? AI Inside and Out is a weeklong summer camp at the University of Michigan for students entering grades nine through twelve who want to explore technology and experience college life firsthand.

No prior experience needed — just curiosity and a love for learning!

What you’ll do:

  • Build and train real AI models using data you collect
  • Learn how computer chips are made and how they power AI
  • Use advanced lab tools to study materials at the microscopic level
  • Tour a local tech company and see what engineers do every day
